Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for members during upgrade initiatives. • Assess member needs, system configurations, and readiness for upgrades. • Develop and communicate tailored upgrade plans and timelines for each member. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, project management, and customer success) to ensure seamless implementations. • Provide proactive communication to members about the upgrade process, expected outcomes, and potential disruptions. • Offer technical support and troubleshooting during and after the upgrade process. • Document upgrade activities, including configurations, challenges, and feedback, to improve future processes. • Monitor upgrade progress to address and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in customer or member-focused roles, such as account management, IT support, or project coordination. • Knowledge of system integrations, data migration, and upgrade methodologies. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and member-friendly manner. • Advanced English. • Availability for after-hours work to minimize disruptions for members.
