• At Degreed, we believe learning is the key to unlocking opportunities. • As a Technical Support Engineer Tier II, you will interact with clients and end-users. • Ensure technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to impact client satisfaction. • Provide an unparalleled support experience and recognize the importance of the role. • Track and document technical issues and steps taken to resolve them. • Test and troubleshoot technical end-user and system components. • Refine and improve technical support processes to provide customer support.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via multiple channels. • Knowledge of industry-standard practices for implementing file feeds, APIs, integrations, webhooks, and SSO. • Adept at diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving escalated software and system issues. • Skilled in tracking, documenting, and escalating technical issues. • Experience in refining support processes and procedures. • Commitment to staying updated on product changes and best practices. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex challenges. • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams. • Hands-on experience providing technical support in a SaaS environment. • Proficient in English.
