Description

• Assist clients with travel planning and coordination, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. • Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients to enhance their travel experiences. • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to address their travel needs and inquiries. • Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, itineraries, and client information. • Coordinate with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. • Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to clients. • Provide support to clients during their travels, including assistance with itinerary changes, emergencies, and other travel-related issues. • Collaborate with team members to ensure the overall success of the department and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or a related field preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using office software and online reservation platforms. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of different destinations, cultures, and travel styles. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
