💰 Business Development (BDR)
• You will be responsible for all backend project management while working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer service experience. • Qualify inbound leads, assign them to the appropriate team, and ensure follow-up. • Find prospects for new business opportunities using ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn, and other reliable data sources and upload to HubSpot. • Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads and obtain contact information. • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives. • Achieve quarterly activity quotas. • Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field • 1-2 years of direct Customer Service and lead generation experience • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications • Basic exposure to Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is ideal • Direct experience in cold calling is a plus
