Description

β€’ Responsible for supporting project execution through effective communication and coordination. β€’ Assist PMO team in planning and executing project tasks. β€’ Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project milestones. β€’ Schedule project meetings and document notes. β€’ Identify potential risks and escalate to management as needed. β€’ Maintain project documentation and knowledge of tools. β€’ Foster collaboration to help complete project tasks.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). β€’ Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role. β€’ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other relevant tools. β€’ Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate challenges and solve problems proactively. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
