Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of partner program integrations, aligning with internal teams and external partners on timelines, goals, and deliverables. • Develop and manage project plans, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. • Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) and external partners for seamless onboarding and execution. • Act as the primary liaison, providing updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership while fostering strong partner relationships. • Monitor partner performance post-integration, leveraging data and KPIs to assess effectiveness and drive improvements. • Continuously evaluate and enhance integration processes, incorporating best practices to optimize efficiency and outcomes. • Maintain accurate documentation of integration activities and ensure compliance with legal, security, and industry standards. • Collaborate with partner management to identify opportunities for program enhancements and implement best practices for success.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, partner management, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. • Familiarity with compliance and legal considerations in partner integrations is a plus.
