Description
• Must have experience as a Program Manager in manufacturing and delivery of production products • Develop production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing process • Budget management tracking and confirming cost/delivery schedules • Set and maintain product quality standards • Ensure all safety and health standards are met • Support and provide guidance to projection team • Manage risks including assessment and mitigation strategies for resolution • Develop and execute test plans for production items • Excellent communication skills to correspond with clients and team members
Requirements
• Education: at least a bachelor’s • 10-years’ experience as a Manufacturing Program Manager • Preferably a master’s with 15 years’ experience
