Description

•Deltech has an exciting opportunity available for a remote Sales Account Manager. •Maintain and grow Deltech Polymer sales; identify and develop new opportunities for existing products. •Maintain positive relationships with customers. •Plan and prioritize customer/prospect contacts, meetings, and projects towards achieving sales volume and price targets. •Promote and develop sales in new markets and new applications working closely with the Technical Development Director. •Manage distributor relations to meet the demands and strategy of the Polymers business unit. •Calibrate customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

•Education: Bachelor's degree required. •Experience: At least 10 years in sales; polystyrene sales experience preferred •Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite •Competencies: Demonstrated ability of understanding how products are used in customer applications. •Demonstrated ability to expand sales by development of new opportunities. •Understanding of value selling and demonstrated experience in value selling; aggressive sales development skills; ability to convert technical opportunities into commercial business. •Track record of new business development. •Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
