• Understanding DM value proposition and its impact on dental/ortho practice workflows • Partner with customers and KOLs to identify business objectives • Segment territory to identify key sales opportunities • Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed targets • Identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers • Attend local and international trade shows • Drive local/national events, webinars, and peer endorsement strategies • Collaborate in a multifunctional team • Provide feedback to management on market trends and competition • Utilize CRM for reporting activity

Requirements

• Strong background in sales in orthodontics, dental or medical technology field • Ability to influence and provoke customers' ways of thinking • Clear understanding of consultative selling approach • Strong hunting skills • High level of IT knowledge and appreciation for new technology • Ability to build and maintain partnerships • Native speaker in the related country and fluent in English
