Description

• Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows tailored to the needs of each client • Training new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions • Inform partners, doctors, and team members on new features, releases • Facilitate measurable growth for existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard • Building strong relationships with customers so they endorse the DentalMonitoring brand and continue to use and advocate the Dental Monitoring products • Acting as a technical bridge between the customers and DentalMonitoring platform • Form contacts with clients at all levels of the organization • Influencing the organization’s stakeholders to adopt new protocols while alleviating any of the customers’ hesitations to adopt a disruptive technology • Ability to effectively influence change of a practice specific workflow when implementing DM solutions • Respond knowledgeably to inquiries from clients and participants • Create, compile, and export databases, reports and presentations containing information relevant to internal and external queries as required • Manage DM specific backend tasks related to specific clients • Exceptional internal and external cross-cultural communication • Liaise with Marketing, Billing and Accounting, Customer Experience, and Sales teams and share best practices • Be aware of their own responsibility regarding information security • Perform their work according to the applicable policies and procedures • Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS • Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident • Traveling up to 60% to train and support in person office implementation • In specific situations may need to perform as a contracted employee of a client

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification • You have a min 2 year’s experience in project management, consultancy, and/or training • You are well-organized, rigorous, and reliable • You have exceptional communication skills • You are autonomous and have excellent listening and collaboration skills • You have a background in med-tech, dental and/or ortho desirable • A high appreciation for new technology • Ability to inspire your team & co-workers
