Description
• Assist Customer Success Managers in configuring client accounts • Customize system settings and ensure successful onboarding • Collaborate with CSMs on client calls • Manage system updates and support custom workflows • Create custom documentation and optimize customer interactions
Requirements
• 2+ years of professional experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals • Experience supporting SaaS software is preferred • Interest or experience in the GovTech space, floodplain management or flood insurance, GIS/mapping, or project management for government clients. • Excellent, empathetic communicator • Detail-oriented, committed to quality, and good at time management • Creative problem solver • Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity
