• Manage Customer Success team operations • Align customer success strategies with business goals • Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports • Streamline workflows and develop standard operating procedures • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer satisfaction and retention • Optimize technology use for customer success tools • Implement customer feedback loops and personalized engagement strategies • Ensure effective execution of projects and stakeholder communication • Stay updated on digital customer success strategies and best practices
Requirements
• Experience in Customer Success Operations or similar role • Strong leadership and team management skills • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting • Knowledge of Gainsight, Salesforce, and Intercom • Ability to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction
