β€’ Manage partner communications and training calls. β€’ Review marketing reports and offer problem-solving solutions. β€’ Handle a diverse range of partner queries and requests.

Requirements

β€’ Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and high-energy, passionate about helping our partners and company grow. β€’ Requires a high capacity for working with an average of 40 partners at a time. β€’ Ability to switch between multiple communication platforms, including email, SMS, phone calls, and Slack. β€’ High level of clear and direct communication with partners and internal teams. β€’ Must have a humble attitude and ask questions when needed. β€’ Ability to communicate to partners with a 5-star level of service and a 'my pleasure' mindset. β€’ Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid search, SEO, and web. β€’ Must be tech-savvy and can switch between multiple software tools at a time. β€’ Strong time management skillset and the ability to identify daily priorities and pivot when needed. β€’ Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks in project management software (ClickUp). β€’ Ability to maintain a detailed and organized CRM (HighLevel). β€’ Knowledge of the orthodontic and dental field or be willing to learn. β€’ Ability to facilitate training calls with teams leading from a place of confidence and influence. β€’ Must have reliable high-speed internet and a permanent distraction-free environment.
