β€’ Zafran is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. β€’ The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction, driving renewals, and fostering long-term relationships. β€’ This role is critical in managing customer accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions.

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector. β€’ Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts. β€’ Proven experience working with SaaS applications, ideally in a customer-facing role. β€’ Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously. β€’ Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software. β€’ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. β€’ 2+ years of work experience with Cybersecurity.
