β’ 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector. β’ Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts. β’ Proven experience working with SaaS applications, ideally in a customer-facing role. β’ Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously. β’ Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software. β’ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. β’ 2+ years of work experience with Cybersecurity.
