β’ Promote best practices and continuous improvement in all paid search activities while encouraging knowledge sharing across teams β’ Be accountable for achievement of client goals and deadlines across accounts β’ Perform keyword research and write ad copy for our campaigns β’ Manage pacing and account budgets β’ Implement successful bidding strategies and keyword management using a bid management tool (e.g., Google Search Ads 360) β’ Perform regular competitive research analysis for all campaigns β’ Stay on top of new tools, ad formats, trends and best practices in Search through research or industry events and conferences β’ Create, format and update Med Legal submission documents β’ Provide strategic and tactical recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data in partnership with the search senior manager β’ Lead client reporting for assigned tactics with the analytics team β’ Present and lead internal and client status calls and meetings β’ Work with the media team for annual and monthly budget reconciliation β’ Oversee on time delivery of all projects β’ Be the main contact for Search Engine and third-party reps β’ Partner with other channels (media, programmatic, social and SEO)
β’ 3+ years of hands on paid search experience at a digital agency (Google & Bing) β’ Detailed knowledge of SEM best practices and platform buying tools, market development and the latest trends β’ Experience managing the planning, budgeting, and strategic development of SEM campaigns and account structure to increase paid media traffic β’ Experience building SEM submissions off of client websites including KW lists and ad copy development β’ Complete mastery of Search Engines and third-party tools (Google Ads, Bing Ad Center & SA360) β’ Experience working with media analytics and budgets β’ Experience providing recommendations that increase client goals β’ Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables & vlookup) β’ People management experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team β’ Project and resource management skills β’ Experience working with financial data and budgets β’ Plus: if you have experience working with pharma/life sciences clients or regulated industry β’ Plus: if you have experience with 3rd party campaign management platforms like Marin Software or SA360
