🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role focused on cold calling • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills • Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections, handling rejections, and fostering long-term opportunities • Ability to quickly learn and clearly communicate Dev.Pro’s Outstaff services • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms • Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset • Upper-Intermediate+ English level • Native proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese • Experience in IT outsourcing, software development, or B2B tech sales (desirable) • Familiarity with lead generation tools and automation platforms (desirable)
