• Join Dev.Pro - a US-based outsourcing software development company that has been delivering exceptional software experience to clients since 2011. • We invite an organized and proactive Project Manager/Delivery Manager with experience in presales to join our team. • You’ll be involved in high-level management of multiple accounts across various tech-driven domains and work closely with new clients. • You'll be pitching insights into Dev.Pro's expertise, helping shape their vision and scope, and guiding them through the early stages of project planning and setup. • You’ll also supervise other Project Managers and engage with internal and external teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Project/Program/Delivery Manager • Hands-on experience in presales activities in IT • Strong budgeting skills • Proven track record of delivering projects throughout the entire SDLC, from start to finish • Experience working with teams of 30+ people • Excellent leadership and client negotiation abilities • Prioritization and time-management skills • Hands-on project management and delivery experience • Knowledge of SDLC and methodologies; technical background to drive substantive discussions • Upper-Intermediate+ English level • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills • Proven process and team performance improvement expertise • Proactivity, initiative, and strong people management skills
