Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in senior-level HR consulting or organizational development • Proven expertise in DEIJ facilitation • Expert-level knowledge and proven experience leading large-scale projects in HR strategy • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex client engagements simultaneously • Extensive experience in change management and organizational scaling • Advanced project management skills utilizing platforms like Monday.com • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments
