Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas against targets β€’ The attitude of a creative thinker: dynamic, high energy, self-motivated β€’ Ability to be articulate, confident, and a personable team player β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Experience producing high daily call volumes β€’ Proven, proactive self-starter with the capability to take ownership and work effectively within assigned campaigns with limited amount of management supervision β€’ Ability to operate in a highly driven environment β€’ Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or French a plus
