Description

• As Head of AI Software Development, you will guide the technical vision and strategy converging AI, Machine Learning, and mainstream software development. • This senior leadership role will be pivotal in driving the next evolution of Devtech’s digital services, ensuring the integration of AI technologies into our software development lifecycle. • Oversee cross-functional teams of AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and QA Engineers. • Steer the organization towards AI-driven solutions that deliver transformative, measurable business outcomes. • Define and execute a cohesive strategy that integrates AI with traditional SDLC. • Spearhead initiatives applying AI and machine learning to enhance all phases of the software development lifecycle. • Set and execute Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) focusing on AI-enhanced solutions. • Build and lead cross-functional technical teams, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and management of AI and other engineers. • Establish AI-driven technical standards across the SDLC, ensuring teams adopt the latest methodologies. • Develop, track and meet KPIs to improve team performance and delivery success. • Partner with delivery, sales, product, and account management teams to develop AI-infused technical strategies. • Lead engagements to help clients adopt AI-powered solutions, positioning Devtech as a thought leader. • Ensure end-to-end technical execution of commercial engagements, meeting clients’ business objectives. • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements. • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders acting as the technical authority on strategic accounts. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction. • Oversee project margins contributing to P&L, ensuring financial health projects. • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Architecture, and other teams for presales and proposal creation. • Establish and lead a Community of Practice focusing on AI-enabled software engineering promoting continuous learning and innovation. • Serve as an internal and external thought leader on AI-driven software development. • Represent the company at industry events, contributing to AI publications and content creation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, within the technology consulting or software services sector • Extensive experience leading large-scale engineering, AI, and QA teams and leading technical leaders • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a focus on team development and performance management • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, technical roadmap development, and overseeing cross-functional projects from concept to delivery • Expertise in AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and data-driven solutions • Experience in managing project margins, contributing to P&L, and optimizing resource allocation • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science • Experience in fintech, cybersecurity, or other technology-driven industries preferred
