📋 Description

• Responsible for the upkeep of the central distributor shared sites for product assets (including Teams, Sharepoint). • Point-of-contact and administrator for Veeva Vault, supporting the marketing team with promotional compliance and Medical, Legal, Regulatory copy review approvals and translations. • Provide contracting support through supplier liaison to ensure the smooth set up of new contracts and that appropriate records are maintained. • Organise and file marketing documents to keep our shared folders up to date and files easily accessible. • Take ownership for budget management, ensuring visibility and accuracy of internal records. • Work across the clusters to share best practice and learnings.

🎯 Requirements

• You must have the Right to Work in the UK. • A Marketing degree / qualification and / or a number of years hands on experience with a demonstrated record of marketing impact. • Highly organised, be a self-starter, multi-tasker and problem solver, with a deep appreciation for detail and executional excellence. • Ability to connect and develop relationships to get the job done at speed. • Confident to lead in your area of expertise, speak in front of a group and provide status updates regularly in meetings.
