🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in EMEA, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or mission-critical software. β€’ Proven experience in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and field marketing. β€’ Strong understanding of government, defense, intelligence, security and critical infrastructure sectors in EMEA is a plus. β€’ Experience working with ecosystem partners and cloud service providers is preferred. β€’ Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus. β€’ Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and meet/exceed revenue targets. β€’ Highly adaptable to changing priorities and market dynamics. β€’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven mindset. β€’ Experience working with the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and EMEA system integrators. β€’ Familiarity with EMEA capture strategies and government procurement processes. β€’ Ability to see the big picture while managing the tactical execution. β€’ Works well cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and content teams. β€’ Utilizes insights to inform and optimize campaign strategies. β€’ Focuses on delivering value to target accounts through personalized content and messaging.
