β’ 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in EMEA, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or mission-critical software. β’ Proven experience in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and field marketing. β’ Strong understanding of government, defense, intelligence, security and critical infrastructure sectors in EMEA is a plus. β’ Experience working with ecosystem partners and cloud service providers is preferred. β’ Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus. β’ Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. β’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and meet/exceed revenue targets. β’ Highly adaptable to changing priorities and market dynamics. β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven mindset. β’ Experience working with the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and EMEA system integrators. β’ Familiarity with EMEA capture strategies and government procurement processes. β’ Ability to see the big picture while managing the tactical execution. β’ Works well cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and content teams. β’ Utilizes insights to inform and optimize campaign strategies. β’ Focuses on delivering value to target accounts through personalized content and messaging.
