Description

• Collaborate with global team to refine and administer global Compliance training curriculum. • Develop training materials specific to the North American business. • Lead the annual Transparency reporting process with direction from Compliance leadership. • Handle partnership with external vendor to ensure all data is submitted accurately and timely. • Partner with internal collaborators to obtain data and find opportunities to streamline processes. • Responsible for Third-Party Risk Management in alignment with applicable Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption laws.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in healthcare compliance and related healthcare laws (fraud and abuse, Anti-Kickback, transparency, etc.), medical device regulations, and industry codes of conduct. • Self-starter who can complete projects quickly and accurately with minimal oversight. • Excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical skills. • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. • May have a healthcare compliance certification, or willing to obtain certification after hire. • Experience with systems used to track payments to HCPs/HCOs, managing transparency reporting, and handling corporate training. • Basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization.
