Description
• Build compliance program for innovative health-tech company. • Implement Medicare and Medicaid compliance program. • Develop policies and maintain components of compliance program. • Drive implementation and ongoing regulatory compliance for Medicaid and Medicare. • Provide technical guidance to departments on compliance matters. • Drive cross-functional communication across the company to ensure compliance. • Regularly report on the operation, efficacy, and progress of compliance efforts. • Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the company. • Implement regulations and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in compliance or healthcare-related operations, legal, auditing, consulting, or the equivalent combination of experience • Deeply knowledgeable on privacy laws, payer requirements, and health care regulation more broadly • Function well in a high-paced environment and are able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and situations • Engage, inspire, build credibility, and trust across all levels of the company • Exceptional communication, organizational, project management, and prioritization skills • Extensive understanding of Medicare and Medicaid programs • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) designation preferred
