•Dexis is a professional services firm that solves pressing social challenges. •The consultant provides technical expertise for USAID’s private sector education engagement. •The consultant will conduct research to update the PSE in Education Plan. •The expected level of effort for this consultancy is 960 hours.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business or organizational strategy and at least 5 years of experience, MA in business or organizational strategy and 2 years of relevant experience preferred. •Knowledge and experience with USAID private sector engagement activities, including locally-led development; education sector experience preferred, but not required •Self-starter skills in project management, stakeholder engagement and facilitation, co-design, strategy development, communications and knowledge management, and other relevant skill sets aligned with USAID’s PSE competencies.
