• About Simplilearn: Simplilearn is the world’s #1 live online training company focused on digital skills. • We are seeking an AI Consultant with experience in the retail sector to collaborate on the development of cutting-edge AI and tech-related courses for frontline workers in the retail industry. • This is a short-term contractual role, where your expertise will help shape a high-level Point of View (POV) for key learning objectives. • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer your AI expertise to shape the curriculum and content strategy for retail-focused AI and tech-related courses. • Industry Insights: Share in-depth knowledge of how AI is transforming the retail landscape, including applications in supply chain, customer service, and sales. • Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with Simplilearn’s content and learning teams to ensure courses are practical, relevant, and impactful for frontline retail workers. • Short-Term Commitment: This role requires up to 20 hours of commitment over a 2-month period to help guide the direction of the course. • Flexible Contract: Work on a part-time basis with the potential for future collaborations as the course evolves.

Requirements

• Seeking candidates with proven experience in AI/ML within the retail industry. • AI instructors with exposure to retail clients are also encouraged to apply. • A strong understanding of AI trends and technologies, such as machine learning, automation, and data analytics in retail, is essential. • The ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences is highly valued. • Experience working with frontline retail employees is a plus. • U.S.-based candidates only.
