Description

• Provide expert guidance and leadership in designing, developing, and delivering training programs for host nation security forces and defense sector representatives. • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and USG representatives to identify training needs and objectives for specified projects and contracts. • Design and develop customized training programs and curricula tailored to meet client requirements and address specific challenges and objectives. • Serve as a subject matter expert and lead instructor for training courses, providing engaging and interactive instruction to enhance learning outcomes. • Develop training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and practical exercises, to support training delivery. • Conduct training needs assessments, evaluations, and analyses to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in relevant training areas, and incorporate findings into training programs and recommendations. • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to host nation instructors and trainers to build their capacity and enhance training delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a subject matter expert or trainer in one or more of the specified training areas above. • In-depth knowledge of relevant military manuals, regulations, and doctrine, including ADP, FM, and ATP publications. • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds. • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Willingness to travel internationally and work in challenging environments as required.
