Description

•DGR Systems is looking for an Architect with expertise in Microsoft Security solutions. •Provide expertise in Microsoft Threat Protection deployments and consultative engagements. •Be a subject matter expert in delivery of projects and act as a major supporting role. •Prepare and present reports and recommendations to customers regarding initiatives and projects. •Assist Practice leadership in evaluating emerging technology and industry trends. •Support practice leadership in evaluating and recommending technologies and tools. •Develop comprehensive architecture plans addressing system integrations and infrastructure needs. •Create detailed architecture and design documents. •Oversee the implementation of solutions and address any issues during the implementation phase. •Maintain detailed documentation for all projects, including architectural designs and decisions. •Identify and mitigate risks in the architecture and design phases for projects. •Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to stakeholders. •Ensure solutions meet quality standards and perform as expected. •Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards. •Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and delivery leaders. •Engage in the training, development, and mentoring of less experienced team members.

Requirements

•8 years of experience in the IT industry with 3 years minimum focus on Microsoft Security Solutions. •Expert in Microsoft security technologies. •The ability to collaborate with other technical team members to develop and design solutions to fit customer needs and goals. •Subject matter expert in the Microsoft security stack with the following technologies: •Defender for Identity •Defender for Endpoint •Defender for Office 365 •Defender for Cloud •Defender for Cloud Apps •Entra ID Protection •Microsoft Sentinel •Microsoft Purview is a plus •Expert in designing solutions to be deployed and planning implementation •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. •Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. •Proven consultative mindset and experience with the ability to integrate complex elements and customer requirements into innovative technical architectures •Demonstrated client-focus solutions provider excelling at understanding customer needs and translating those needs to solutions. •Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both technical and non-technical audiences to present customer solutions and have conversations to understand the customer needs and how the technologies will benefit them.
