Description
• Manage a team of business analysts, data scientists, machine learning engineers and/or data science leaders • Translate the work of the Data Science function into findings for application by the broader business • Support the creation of well-defined road maps that align predictive analytics projects with business needs • Lead the performance and integration of advanced Machine Learning & Predictive analytics • Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level • Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan
Requirements
• Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred • Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level • Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers
