• Nachweisbare Erfolge im Growth Marketing, insbesondere im B2B-Bereich. • Umfassende Erfahrung mit Performance Marketing, KI und Marketing-Automatisierung. • Praktische Erfahrung mit HubSpot oder vergleichbaren CRM-Systemen. • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams und der Integration automatisierter Prozesse. • Analytisches Denken und datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung. • Idealerweise Erfahrung im E-Learning oder Bildungssektor (optional).
