• Assist new users in getting started with AutoRetouch. • Create customized workflows for newly signed customers and ensure smooth onboarding on the platform. • Ensure regular and proactive follow-up with client accounts. • Manage requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues promptly. • Measure and analyze customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement. • Work closely with the Sales team to align on customer needs, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to customer success. • Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to share client feedback, influence the product roadmap, and prioritize feature developments based on customer needs. • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and helping shape the future of AutoRetouch. • Master AutoRetouch’s features in detail to advise clients effectively. • Create resources (guides, tutorials, FAQ) to enhance user autonomy.
• 2-3 years in a similar role (Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management). • Comfortable with SaaS tools and understanding of technical challenges. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. • Customer-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication. • Proactive, autonomous, capable of thriving in an agile environment. • Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
