• Accompagner les clients sur l'implémentation et l'adoption de Monday.com• Cadrer les besoins des clients et rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles• Assurer l’interface entre les équipes développement et les équipes métiers• Former les clients à l'outil et développer son usage• Suivre la prise en main de l'outil avec reporting KPIs• Animer des Business Reviews régulières• Participer aux RDV d'avant-vente pour comprendre les besoins du client
🎯 Requirements
• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en CSM ou en conseil en Implémentation d'outils digitaux• Côté "geek" permettant d'être à l'aise sur les projets intégrant de la gestion de flux ou des APIs• Idéalement expérience sur des projets de Marketing Automation• Niveau professionnel en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit• Habiter à moins de 3h de train de Paris• Prêt(e) à se déplacer sur Paris 1 fois par mois
