📋 Description

• Digible is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in performance-driven solutions for the multifamily industry. • The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and operational efficiency of Digible’s agency business. • This role requires a proven leader with experience growing and scaling digital agencies. • The GM will drive business growth, financial success, and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field. • Proven success in leading and growing a digital agency or a high-growth marketing organization. • Deep financial acumen, including P&L management and optimizing revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA through strategic operational decisions. • Expertise in performance marketing across paid media, SEO, and digital advertising. • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and developing leadership talent. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
