📋 Description
• Ready to be pushed beyond what you think you’re capable of? • The Manager, Learning role within the Talent Density Center of Excellence (COE) under the People Success team will focus on enhancing the entire manager experience at Coinbase. • This role will program manage and facilitate learning sessions that connect all aspects of manager effectiveness. • This role will aim to streamline and improve existing learning and development programs, ensuring managers operate effectively and with high impact.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in learning and development, program management, or HRBP position. • Solid program management skills (planning, communication, managing stakeholders). • Strong presentation and facilitation skills. • Comfort in ambiguity and agility in the face of change. • Experience piloting and pivoting based on feedback. • Willingness to travel up to 20% - more if not located in New York or Bay Area. • Willingness to be in-office 2 days / week, 12 weeks a year (to facilitate workshops).
