📋 Description
• Provide full life cycle custom application development and deployment using the client’s System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) software engineering methodology • Design and develop applications that meet Job Corps’ business requirements • Ensure application deployment and support meet the Government’s standard • Provide the necessary resources for the preparation of statistical reports, graphs and executive presentations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related experience in software development and software applications • 7 years’ experience as a manager/ lead in an IT services provider organization • 7 years’ experience concurrently managing personnel in three or more different IT occupations (e.g., software engineering, sustaining engineering, configuration management, quality assurance, statistical and data analysis) • 7 years of successful experience managing computer services such as those envisioned in this contract for client organizations • Substantial experience in a software development and implementation environment as well as in software maintenance support • Experience with identifying the skills needed for each development project and allocate resources accordingly • Experience with coordinating closely with business managers and clients to identify the requirements
