β€’ Respond to customer-generated tickets, calls, and emails with appropriate solutions β€’ Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers β€’ Escalate urgent and complex issues to senior team members β€’ Assist with projects such as video editing, blogging, photo editing, documentation and training creation as projects arise and time allows β€’ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

β€’ Enthusiasm, energy, professionalism and the ability to work remotely with a fast-paced cooperative team β€’ Experience in customer service β€’ Experience in higher education preferred β€’ Experience with educational technology preferred β€’ Strong written communication skills required β€’ Strong critical thinking skills required β€’ Excellent customer service skills β€’ Excellent presentation skills, both in-person, on the phone and via web conference β€’ Strong prioritization, organizational and project management skills β€’ Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel β€’ Basic HTML skills preferred β€’ Familiarity with Digication a major plus β€’ Familiarity with Zoom, Asana, Slack, and Zendesk a plus
