•Lead and Inspire: Build and manage a high-performing team of Enablement Managers. •Develop and Execute Programs: Create comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement programs. •Coach for Success: Provide hands-on coaching to sellers and sales leaders. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, SE, and other enablement teams. •Strategic Alignment: Work in alignment with Global Vice Presidents (GVPs). •Content Development: Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful sales enablement content.

Requirements

•A minimum of 7+ years in sales enablement or operations, with significant leadership and management experience. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and contribute to a high-performance culture. •Deep knowledge of modern onboarding and ongoing enablement programs, coupled with experience in solution selling. •Engaging presentation and coaching style with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. •Working knowledge of sales effectiveness and enablement tool stacks. •Demonstrated sense of urgency in meeting reporting deadlines and achieving results.
