Description

• Develop and execute territory strategy to meet sales targets • Build relationships with Healthcare Practitioners and office staff • Utilize disease state knowledge to tailor interactions • Support KOL advocacy and execute speaker program plan • Document interactions using CRM software tools • Communicate frequently with other specialists and cross-functional counterparts • Utilize data for territory-level decision making and routing • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred • Specialty pharmacy, alternative channel distribution, and/or HUB experience preferred • Desired experience in pulmonology and calling on specialty HCP targets • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales goals • Previous product launch experience in a competitive environment • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills • Self-motivated, ambitious, polished, polite, and determined • Strict compliance with commercial compliance policy and applicable laws • Meet healthcare customer requirements for access to facilities • Travel is 80-90% depending on residence
