• Are you a high-energy, high-performing software pre-sales professional who thrives in bringing solutions to technically complex challenges at the largest and most innovative global companies? As a Senior Sales Engineer in our Customer Experience and Engagement organization, you will partner with sales on F100 companies and public sector opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic/Ohio Valley/Public Sector. We would love for you to bring your amazing expertise to Digital.ai! • The Senior Sales Engineer will support territory sales activities by demonstrating technical expertise in all company Solutions and their application in the marketplace. Identify customer capability requirements and metrics to design business outcome-driven solutions that support sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 3+ years’ experience in high value technical sales in SaaS, DevOps, ALM, SDLC, Business Management Software, experience as Lean/Agile business leader • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, Lean/Agile methodologies, Technology buying process • Ability to think strategically about how to approach a prospect in a sales process • Ability to conduct a thorough discovery and qualification of prospect’s needs • Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as external clients and vendors • Excellent command of the English language in both written and spoken form • Self-motivated with superior project management skills. Must be able to work successfully with a geographically dispersed sales team and customer base • Located in Southeast or Mid-Atlantic/Ohio Valley area and able to travel up to 50% of the time • Desired qualifications: Understanding of enterprise-grade and modern web development environments and security, Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, DevOps practices, Data Science, Data Security, Testing, Ability to create and deliver memorable presentations, High business acumen, Background in consulting/consultative selling, Experienced facilitator
