Description

• Work hand in hand with the sales team and customers to understand requirements and provide tailored technical solutions • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our platform. Generate “WOW” moments daily! • Respond to technical inquiries and address customer concerns throughout the sales cycle • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to stay updated on product features and enhancements • Provide feedback from customers to help guide product development and improve our offerings • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the sales process • Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent Vantage Discovery and promote our solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+yrs experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the SaaS or e-commerce industry • Strong understanding of AI-driven and personalized product discovery technologies, AI embeddings, semantic search and LLMs • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Visual storytelling a must! • Proficiency in relevant data engineering languages and technologies (e.g., Python/Notebooks, JavaScript, REST API’s) • Ability to manage numerous projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset • Comfortable with a fast moving product, and fluid changing priorities and work streams
