Requirements

• Excellent spelling and grammar of the French language at least C1 level • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for consistently providing great customer experience • A customer-centric approach with empathy and understanding • Great listening skills for product improvement suggestions • Adaptability to learning new things in an experimental environment • Eagerness to develop with constructive feedback • More than 300 keystrokes per minute, touch typing with 95% precision • Ability to multi-task very well • Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality • Thriving in high-pressure situations • Ability to work towards a monthly goal • Strong demonstrable experience with the Internet and multiple software applications • Confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Expert in working independently and self-motivated • Access to a home workspace with fast internet • Very flexible regarding working hours • Available for at least a year • College level thinking
