Description
• As our Digital Performance Account Supervisor you'll be the go-to person for our clients, guiding them through strategy development, execution, and ongoing performance analysis. • You’ll work closely with our talented internal teams across departments like paid media, organic, UX/UI, and project management to create and deliver integrated digital strategies that drive real success.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, preferably in an agency (or multi-brand in-house) setting • Proven track record in managing SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns, with preferred hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Google Search Console • Strong client-facing communication skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • High attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to provide strategic recommendations • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Exceptional internal communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to travel 10% - 15% beyond your home city; relationship-building with partners is critical to position success • Demonstrates abilities of top talent—must be proactive and thrive in environments where you are creating new opportunities where none currently exist • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously when needed • Comfortable meeting with clients & presenting a cohesive strategy
