• Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. • This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is a crucial part of our Internal Marketing team. • The Customer Marketing Manager works directly with our Marketing and Operations teams to support our customer growth and satisfaction.
• 3+ years experience working in or with B2B SaaS • 2+ Years in a Customer Marketing Role • A good foundational understanding of B2B marketing specifically when it comes to paid ad strategy and CRO • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager • Incredible collaborator and driver of execution • Great communication skills and experience both internally and externally • Proven success driving customer growth metrics - Know your numbers! • A unique perspective on how to drive value for SaaS • Equal parts competitive and curious; you’re a true problem solver • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • You’re quality-obsessed and have not lost your soul for advertising • Travel to visit clients/events ~5 times/year or as needed
