Description

• Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies • You will help build talent pipelines and identify great candidates • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation • Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit • Focus on inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies by building a candidate pipeline from various channels • Lead and inspire the candidate experience, collaborating with internal interview teams • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and establish job requirements • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, market conditions and competitor activity

Requirements

• 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, ideally with performance marketing agency experience • Experience in recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops, etc. is a must • Create unrivaled sourcing plans (by role, level and location) including but not limited to sourcing databases, advanced Boolean searches, networking events, market research/insights, Industry/function outreach, and other creative tools/platforms is a must • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools • Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK and US markets • In-depth knowledge and proven track record of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Self-motivated, competitive and driven to achieve personal and team objectives • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment • Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries
