β’ 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, ideally with performance marketing agency experience β’ Experience in recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops, etc. is a must β’ Create unrivaled sourcing plans (by role, level and location) including but not limited to sourcing databases, advanced Boolean searches, networking events, market research/insights, Industry/function outreach, and other creative tools/platforms is a must β’ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools β’ Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK and US markets β’ In-depth knowledge and proven track record of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices β’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously β’ Self-motivated, competitive and driven to achieve personal and team objectives β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment β’ Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries
