Description

• The Sr Paid Specialist plays a vital role in daily task execution • Must manage assigned tasks efficiently with visibility for key stakeholders in Asana • Recurring account optimizations and routine hygiene tasks • Production of Campaign builds in the UI and editor tools • Effectively communicate with the Strategist team • Know how to manage a high-volume workload

Requirements

• A fundamental grasp of paid media concepts, such as budgeting, bidding methods, match types, conversion actions, audience creation, ad creation, geo-targeting, etc. • Strong familiarity with major ad platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, with more platform experience a bonus • Basic analytical aptitude: What performed, why, and what could we do about it? Plus the ability to organize all of these into digestible forms • Proven organizational, project, and time management skills • An enthusiasm to grow as a paid media professional and a digital marketer broadly
