Description

• The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms • This role focuses on driving ecommerce growth through effective media planning and buying, leveraging advertising platforms and marketplaces, managing client relationships and increasing client ad spend to generate revenue for the company • Create and implement performance marketing strategies that align with business goals • Oversee advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms • Utilize content management systems like Shopify to optimize ecommerce store performance • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction • Develop strategies to increase client ad spend and generate revenue for the company • Develop and manage joint business plans with clients to align marketing efforts with client objectives and drive mutual growth • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing changes and technology, advising clients on the best strategies and tools to drive ecommerce growth

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an ecommerce environment • Prior experience in an agency setting working with consumer goods • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Advanced skills in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and content management systems like Shopify • Experience with marketplace marketing like Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee is a plus • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics • Excellent communication and client management skills • Proven ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Experience developing and managing joint business plans with clients • Proven ability to stay updated with the latest digital marketing changes and technologies, and provide expert advice to clients on their application • A strong portfolio showcasing successful performance marketing campaigns and strategies
