Description

We use data for creative video storytelling decisions. • Researching and analyzing questionnaires from our clients to understand the company, product, and customers • Conducting customer and brand research, as well as social listening and competitor analysis • Writing conversion-focused direct response ads, ad briefs, shot scripts, and shot lists for our clients, primarily direct-to-consumer brands like TRX, Hug Sleep, and more • Collaborating with designers, reviewing ad quality, and ensuring creative excellence • Outlining testing variables, presenting hypotheses, and executing creative based on those insights • Analyzing ad performance data and incorporating findings into future creative strategies • Reporting on findings, creative trends, and performance to Account Managers

Requirements

Facebook & Instagram product knowledge is required, TikTok is a big plus • An interest in performance advertising • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus • Experience working as part of a remote team is a plus • A passion for learning • Bonus: Experience with software like Motion, Foreplay, ClickUp, Slack, etc.
