• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics strategies to support marketing initiatives • Present actionable insights and recommendations to empower cross-functional decision-makers and key stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in marketing strategies • Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and data scientists • Stay current with industry trends and technologies in marketing analytics and data science • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field preferred • Master's degree a plus! • 7 – 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related field • At least 5 years in a leadership role • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for database management • Advanced skills in statistical modeling and programming using R and/or Python • Experience working with big data platforms such as Databricks and/or Snowflake • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau and/or PowerBI • Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer behavior, and business strategy • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing analytics teams • Experience in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies that drive business growth • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change through data-driven insights
