Description
• Discord is used by over 200 million people for gaming. • The Design Systems team ensures design quality across UI, content, and graphics. • You will create and maintain the Mana Design System for product designers and engineers. • You will lead projects, communicate design rationale, and collaborate effectively. • You will document and support the design system and inspire innovation.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience working in UX field • 2+ years of experience working on a design systems team (creation, maintenance, documentation & support) • Excellence in visual design / brand craft, including motion • Experience designing on multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android, etc) • Experience with inclusive design / WCAG • Highly proficient with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc) • Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team
