• Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for the Developer ecosystem. • Develop Go-To-Market strategy grounded in market awareness and customer empathy. • Create clear, cohesive, differentiated messaging that communicates value propositions. • Understand the Developer ecosystem and use insights for strategy and narratives. • Serve as the voice of the customer to guide marketing strategies.
Requirements
• 7+ years of product marketing experience including 3+ years of experience with a developer audience. • A deep empathy for Developers and passion for Discord’s mission. • A strategic thinker who is curious, resilient, goal-oriented with a bias for action. • An exceptional communicator that creates clarity for internal and external customers. • The ability to lead effectively through influence across the entire business. • Stellar writing and content creation skills. • A growth mindset.
